Anna Nicole Smith has died in hospital after collapsing at a Florida hotel, her lawyers have reported.
She had been unresponsive and was taken to hospital about two hours ago (2pm, Thursday Florida time) while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino in Florida, hotel officials said.
"She checked into the hotel 8pm Monday night, she was due to check out on Friday," the official said.
"She was rushed to hospital today at 2pm to the Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, and that's all the information we have as of right now," hotel spokeswoman Danielle Giordaano said.
Ms Smith leaves behind partner and attorney Howard Stern and a seven-month old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern.
Her son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died three days after the birth of Dannielynn while visiting his mother in hospital.
An autopsy showed Daniel had died of a methadone overdose.
