The newest Franklin
Everyone loves puppies, right? I hope so, because with all this spare time on my hands I need a project to keep me from turning to workplace homicide. Anywho, even though I somehow managed to document every waking minute (and some sleeping ones too) of his first Christmas at Quidong, I've narrowed it down to 10 photos of little Dutch, my brother's new pup, for your viewing pleasure:

Star Wars Face Book Updates
cos they were a bit hard to read off my t-shirt and I wanted to share (thanks for the party house of chicken) (source)

NYE (as it happened) 2009
My apologies up front if this post crashes the blog....the photo evidence was so abundant that I had a hard time culling. Many of you, however, will be grateful to hear, that culling WAS done. You might be less grateful to hear that the remaining shots will be locked up in the Flitcroft family vault and possibly be used at a later date brewhahahahahaha!
NYE started out casually enough with a barbie and some healthy competition in the Irwin camp. Crikey!!
We got some attitude from Corey
some posing from the more famous of the Hilton sisters
a considerably thinner (and more lively looking) Jade
a baking goddess of the Stewart kind
and yet more attitude, but this time for a hot looking Pink!
The Octomom brought the kiddies along for the ride
and a rather odd pop princess pulled out all the stops.
The anti-puppy Vick was on hand
and who could possibly pass the naughties by without a friendly hello from your local terrorist....resplendent in Aussie thongs!
EVERYBODY who is ANYBODY is on Facebook
and the gorgeous Anna Nicole started the night with her famous ample bossom (if a little harder than expected) proudly on display!
Of course things soon started to degenerate.....wigs and accessories were exchanged willy nilly, with some ensembles more socially acceptable than others (yes Alex I am looking in your direction!)

Thank goodness midnight struck at this point!
Many welcomed the new year with dancing....
some chose stylish over the shoulder poses (reminiscent of past festivals)
Some chose less ...um... conventional poses
and some chose to bring in the new year with an homage to how their partner brought in the previous year
let's hope we all keep smiling this year....
and may 2010 be the best year yet for the SRF!
