To those of you who won't be cycling, please think about donating to the MS Society or sponsoring an individual. It's tax deductible and it goes to a very worthy cause. You can do so from the team page. Remember, the average age of diagnosis for MS is 30 years old - scary.

If you remember correctly I could only participate if John went and saved my beloved bike from it's prison shed and made it roadworthly. This has not been done so unfortunately I cannot ride to the Gong
