Did he get his payout before he died like he was campaigning for? Isn't this the guy who was hanging on as no payouts would be given to deceased people, or families of deceased?
Yeah James Hardie settled out of court. Having already killed his brother, moved their assets offshore, deliberately under funded the compensation fund and then only came back to the table when the NSW government threaten to seize property - They decided it may be a good idea to settle with the person who speared headed the campaign to compensate the victims and their families of James Hardie's negligent homicides.
